Everyone loves a good cookie and these peanut butter cookies only contain three simple ingredients. They are great for making with kids who are just learning to bake and using pantry staples. If you do not have the ingredients already, be sure to purchase your products in sustainable packaging – like eggs in 100% recycled paper cartons.
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup white sugar
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine the peanut butter, sugar, and egg together and blend until smooth.
Spoon the blended mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes. Be sure not to overbake. These cookies are best when still soft and barely browned at the bottom.
