The popular pasta brand, Barilla, is removing the plastic window from their boxed pasta packaging. The company is rolling out 100% recyclable packaging made from a combination of paper-based materials and 100% virgin fibres. The plastic-free packaging will be introduced across the brand’s best-selling products including Penne, Spaghetti, and Lasagne.
Pasta eaters will also enjoy the new packaging’s instructions on how to properly recycle each box.
